Saat skype dijalankan muncul peringatan: "Skype has encountered a problem and needs to be closed" setelah dicari di google solusinya cukup mudah, yaitu:
- Buka file pada, C:\Documents and Settings\YourCurrentUser\Application Data\skype atau klik Start -> Run , ketik %appdata%\skype dan enter.
- Temukan file "shared.xml" dan delete file tersebut.
Coba jalankan skype...
